MDRT Day - Speakers

Anthony Morris
Top Advisor Program, Inc.

Anthony Morris is an international speaker, author and client-building coach. His experience spans platforms in 50 countries over the last 23 years. Anthony has enthralled audiences from MDRT's Annual Meetings and Top Of The Table to Dubai, Singapore and London. Audiences and coaching groups are riveted by the "plug-and-play" nature of his marketing concepts and income-bosting ideas. See his website for what NAIFA Leaders and MDRT Presidents are saying about Anthony's message.
Read more of Anthony's bio here.

"Double Your [Next] Quarter"
Come and learn high-impact ideas to break through your income barrier. In this fast-paced, idea-a-minute session, Anthony shows you exactly how to:
  • Bring more "lazy money" in from wealthy senior clients and parents of your current clients
  • Open multiple relationships with accountants and attorneys using a unique marketing approach
  • Facilitate more Family Meetings and bring siblings of current clients onto your books
  • Deliver massive value to your community with creative philanthropy planning – and land record case sizes along the way
  • Secure high visibility with business owners by uncovering the one "deep issue" in their planning
  • Unique uses of technology to ramp up your prospecting momentum
  • Increase client referrals through your creative client experience

Kevin Rogers
BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Kevin Rogers is a managing director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In this role, he provides investment advice to individuals and families by
creating tailored wealth management solutions to meet their investment, trust & estate, wealth planning and private banking needs. Kevin joined the firm in 1999 and has more than 20 years of financial industry experience. Prior to his current role, Kevin was a vice president in the investment advisory group at the Bank of New York. He was also a senior portfolio manager who worked directly with clients to address their investment and wealth management needs. Before that, Kevin was the director of Sanford C. Bernstein’s international portfolio management division.

"Secrets of Successful Families:
Transferring Values with Wealth for a Lasting Legacy"
Unlike most programs that deal with Family Wealth, this program goes beyond just helping you to “prepare your clients money for their family” and helps you, the advisor, think through the most challenging question of “how do you help them prepare the family for the money?” First, the client needs to see the potential issues around wealth, and then they need ideas of what to do about them. This presentation is designed to give you very helpful, practical ideas on how to do both. If you want to differentiate your practice from others, and if you want to truly help your clients succeed at what really matters to them most, then this presentation is designed to give you the tools. The “Five Step Process to Healthy Family Governance” (described in the presentation), is designed to give you a method to use with confidence that can help you get into this area with clients in a positive way.  Additional presentation summary.

  • Engaging staff to create leverage in your practice
  • Creating a business model that provides sustainable and measurable growth through the years
  • Important lessons I have learned
