Justin Shipman, AAPA, ACS is the Regional Vice President, Fixed Annuities - Western Region for Genworth Financial.  Justin has been with Genworth since 2006 and has won numerous sales awards.  Prior to coming to Genworth, Justin was an Assistant Vice President, Annuity Sales with West Coast Life and he has almost 18 years of insurance experience.  This includes working on the Marketing Team at Legacy Marketing Group for over 6 years, where he focused on Life Insurance and Concepts Marketing.  Having started as an agent with Mutual of Omaha, Justin has a great Sales and Marketing background that is vital to helping agents increase their annuity sales.  He has had annuity articles published in industry magazines and has also been recognized for his marketing efforts by the Insurance and Financial Communicators Association receiving an advertising award in 2006 and an honorable mention in 2005.  He has trained 1,000’s of agents and has presented at many industry conferences.  Justin has served as an Advisory Board member for Senior Market Advisor magazine.  Justin received a “University Award for Excellence in Leadership” from Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.
