Marikay is a native to Washington and has been in the insurance and financial services industry for 28 years. Throughout her career she has been dedicated in helping Personal Financial Representatives provide customers with the professional and individual attention necessary to help them work towards their financial goals and needs. Marikay is also committed to helping clients overcome their financial obstacles and achieve their objectives. By recognizing financial goals and developing strategies she helps bring financial preparedness to homes or businesses. Marikay is married and has two children ages 21 and 17. Marikay carries her life, health, property and casualty licenses along with her security registrations 6, 63, 26 & 51.

Randy began his insurance career 36 years ago.  Throughout the years he has served and led in many industry related organizations.  From 1997 to 2003 Randy served on the NAIFA Board of Trustees, including a term as President.  As a Trustee he was liaison to the Community Service Committee, Federal Law and Legislation Committee, Associations, and the APIC Committee.  Randy and his wife Cheryl live in Colorado Springs, have been married for 37 years, and they have a daughter named Kate.

David Lyons, JD, MSFS, CPA, CLU

David received his B.A. degree from Gonzaga University in 1977. He received his J.D. degree, Cum Laude, from Gonzaga School of Law in 1979 and his Master of Science Financial Services in 1990. David is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Life Underwriter. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the State of Alaska.  David is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, East King County Estate Planning Council, Washington Society of CPAs, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and he is certified to teach numerous estate, insurance and business courses.

Tom Fowler is the President of the Fowler Financial Group. He has over forty years assisting owners of closely held and family owned companies with their estate and business planning. He has authored numerous articles regarding business and estate planning issues including an Amazon short entitled, “Eight Critical Questions You Need to Answer to Successfully Exit a Small Business” He was a contributing author for the book, “Beating the Midas Curse”. Tom is a frequent speaker throughout the country as well as internationally. He hosted a weekly radio program entitled, “You and Your Finances”, sponsored by the American Society of Financial Professionals. He has been selected four times to speak at the Million Dollar Round Table. Tom is active in numerous charitable organizations having served on the Overlake Hospital Medical Center Board and as President of the Overlake Medical Center Foundation. He is a Legacy Advisor to Children’s Hospital in Seattle, Washington. He has served in numerous leadership positions in industry, civic, and charitable organizations locally and nationally. He is a Paul Harris Fellow. Tom holds several professional designations including a Heritage Institute Fellow. He is a Certified Wealth Consultant and Fellow of the Heritage Institute, an educational non-profit organization. He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is a graduate of Drake University. Tom has been married to his wife, Elaine for 40+ years. They have three children and five grandchildren.
